Bradley Chubb, a Dolphins pass rusher, has torn his ACL, ending his season.

Coach Mike McDaniel said on Monday that Miami Dolphins pass rusher Bradley Chubb will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
Chubb was hurt in the closing moments of Sunday’s 56-19 loss to Baltimore.
Attempting to make a tackle, he tumbled down and grabbed at his right knee. They wheeled him off the pitch.
When questioned why Chubb and other Dolphins players were still in the game at that point—when there were 3:05 left in the game and the deficit was 30 points—McDaniel later expressed sorrow.
The second-year coach stated on Sunday, “In retrospect, I would definitely not have had one of them out there if I had known that he was going to get hurt.”
That is a well-known and completely understood aspect of the work. It doesn’t appear at all intelligent.
McDaniel continued on Monday, saying, “I wish it hadn’t happened. It was a difficult moment.” It’s always 20/20 in retrospect.
I know that everyone is counting on me to make the best choice possible for the team and the company with every choice I make.
Yes, there is a lot of responsibility when things like that occur. I never stop learning from things, and you can be sure that any choice I make will be made with the right intent since I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
Chubb leads the Dolphins with 11 sacks and a league-high six forced fumbles. He was acquired in a deal with Denver in November of last year. 74 tackles are on him.
Entering Sunday’s game against, the Dolphins will now be missing their two standout linebackers.
