“I was mentoring someone else on the sidelines when I heard it. Who was that, I wondered? Was that J-Lu? Given his history with injuries, it was thrilling to simply see him. It was encouraging to see him return to the field and play with a level of confidence that belied his apparent purpose for being here, as injuries can have a negative psychological and physical impact.”

Regarding coming back for a final season:

“Very depressing”: A small Alabama city’s mayor passes away following”As you are all aware, I had a lot of injuries last year, so it was crucial for me. Undoubtedly had a chance, but I’ve always known that it might not hurt to wait another year. It could only make things better. I could earn a second degree in a year. I’ll be receiving my Master’s degree in December once more. Another year with my guys, and another year with Wes. My roommates, Jalyn (Phillips) and Ruke (Orhorhoro), and I have discussions every night about our goals as brothers and as a team. We intend to attempt to complete the task.”

Observing the offensive team this autumn:

“They’re doing fantastically. They’re putting everything into it. They’ve improved greatly from the previous year. Every year, we simply get better and better. The guys from the previous year are prepared to work and play harder this year. I’m observing that every day they bring, it just creates more chances for us to score big runs.
