Numerous Las Vegas Raiders players have had the opportunity to be interviewed during Super Bowl week, where they have discussed a range of topics including the new coach Antonio Pierce, the 2023–24 NFL season, and more.

This week, NBC’s Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry featured guests Maxx Crosby, a defensive end, and wide receiver Jakobi Meyers, a quarterback.

Before the Chiefs and 49ers play in Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday, Crosby had the opportunity to discuss the Kansas City Chiefs and their team culture.
“I mean, it starts with their culture,” Crosby remarked. “They have people that belong in the Hall of Fame, a tremendous tight end, a fantastic quarterback, and an outstanding head coach. Next, you get to the defensive side, where you have George Karlaftis, a young player who is improving, and Chris Jones, who is a really talented player.”

“They believe, and they have players everywhere. You can watch them struggle up and down because you’ll give yourself an opportunity to win each and every time if you have championship DNA. The Chiefs remain the same. At the end of the day, you have to appreciate them because they know how to win and don’t panic when things are going poorly.

They are the elite group of players. In order for us to participate in that discussion, we must eliminate them. We play them twice a year, and at the end of the day, they deserve to be there, so I’m cool with it.”
