The right-back, who signed with the Reds in 2022, joins the League One side after spending the first half of the 2023/24 season at Preston North End.
Ramsay, a senior Scotland international, played two games under Jurgen Klopp in his first season at Anfield before his season was cut short by an injury requiring surgery.
Bolton currently sit second in the League One table and are hoping for promotion to the Championship.
Bolton then travel to Blackpool for the Bristol Street Motors Trophy on Tuesday evening.
Bolton Wanderers have loaned right-back Calvin Ramsay to Premier League club Liverpool until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old joins Bolton after spending time on loan at Championship side Preston North End earlier this season.
Ramsay has only played two games for the Lilywhites this season while dealing with a knee injury.
“It didn’t work out for him at Preston for a number of reasons that we understand,” boss Ian Evatt said.Speaking to BBC Radio Manchester, he continued:
