The Nebraska Cornhuskers have scheduled a visit with an Illinois defensive lineman. In the class of 2025, Jaylen Williams is rated as a four-star talent.
The native of Palatine, Illinois is scheduled to visit Lincoln on Saturday, January 27. Williams is presently regarded as one of Illinois’ top 10 prospects for 2025.
Several universities have extended offers to the EDGE rusher, including Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia, and Iowa. The prospect leans towards the Wolverines according to most recruiting services.
Nebraska’s class of 2025 is presently ranked in the top 25 and has four commitments.
Soon, a former defensive signee of the Washington Huskies will visit the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
After visiting Michigan State this weekend, 2024 defensive end Keona Wilhite is scheduled to visit Nebraska, as reported by Adam Gorney of Rivals. Although Gorney did not specifically identify Nebraska in his tweet, he did tag Inside Nebraska, the website publisher, and the Rivals Nebraska team site.
Rivals rates Wilhite as a four-star recruit and among Arizona’s top-15 players. Originally from Tuscon, Arizona, Wilhite has offers from Arizona, UCLA, BYU, Colorado, Oregon State, Michigan State, and Washington.
Wilhite signed a letter of intent and committed to Washington, but he was just removed from it after head coach Kalen DeBoer left to take a head coaching position at Alabama last week.
