The Blues coach, constrained by the Top 14 semi-finals which take place next weekend, called on many inexperienced players at international level. Among the forwards, only seven players have already been selected (Bamba, Barlot, Baubigny, Diallo, Gros, Laclayat, Tuilagi) out of the eighteen selected by Galthié.

Among the new faces, Hugo Auradou, Giorgi Beria and Yann Peysson. On the back side, Baptiste Serin and Melvyn Jaminet return to the French team. Absent from the last 6 Nations Tournament, the two Toulonnais will be in Marcoussis.

At the end of the Top 14 semi-finals which take place Friday and Saturday at Matmut Atlantique, the French group will be increased to 42 players. The XV of France will face Argentina twice (July 6 and 13) and Uruguay on July 10. There will also be an opposition against Romania on June 22 in Marcoussis.
