Packers vs. Bears injury report: Update on Christian Watson, AJ Dillon, Cole Kmet and more for Week 18The Green Bay Packers will determine their fate at the start of Week 18 of the 2023 NFL season.

A victory against the Chicago Bears would give them the seventh and final spot in the NFC playoffs.

They were in the same situation last season but couldn’t close the deal against the Detroit Lions.Even if the Bears are eliminated from the playoffs, it won’t be an easy task for Green Bay, especially after winning four of their last five games.

Free safety Rudy Ford is out with a hamstring injury. At the same time, linebacker Isaiah McDuffie is questionable as he still deals with a concussion and neck injury.

On offense: guard Elgton Jenkins (knee/ankle), tight end Luke Musgrave (kidney), wide receiver Jayden Reed (chest), tackle Luke Tenuta (ankle), running back Emanuel Wilson (shoulder) and wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks (chest).

are all questionable for week 18.As for the other players on defense, full back Preston Smith is doubtful due to an ankle injury. Cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder), safety Zayne Anderson (knee), linebacker De’Vondre Campbell (neck), defensive back Keisean Nixon (quadriceps) and safety Jonathan Owens (knee) were listed on the injury report but did not have not received an official designation.

Other injured Packers players without official player status include center Josh Myers (neck), safety Darnell Savage (shoulder), defensive tackle Tedarrell Slaton (knee/foot) and linebacker Quay Walker (shoulder).

Christian Watson injury updateThe North Dakota State sophomore is questionable for the Week 18 game due to a hamstring injury.

After participating in limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, he was ineligible for Friday’s competition in Green Bay.

This injury has persisted since Week 14 and has forced him to miss every game since then.

The same injury also forced him to miss the first three games of this season, ending any hopes of improvement for Watson.

After playing in 14 games during his rookie season, he played in just nine this season, totaling 28 receptions for 422 yards and five touchdowns.

AJ Dillon injury updateDillon will not play in Week 18 due to thumb and neck injuries. He did not participate in team training this week.

The season finale against the Bears will be the second game he will miss this season
