Rangers FC supporters have been presented with an exciting vision for the future of Ibrox Stadium, with reports circulating online about a $76.6 million stadium renovation project for 2026. However, there is an important detail that fans should know before treating the figure as officially confirmed.
Recent reporting does confirm that Rangers have been undertaking renovation and improvement work at Ibrox, including pitch maintenance, improvements to the Copland Rear Stand and structural work around the historic Bill Struth Main Stand.
There have also been separate plans involving the preservation of important heritage areas at Ibrox. Supporters backed a Club 1872 initiative involving approximately £220,000 for restoration work in areas including the Trophy Room, Blue Room and Manager’s Office.
