TOUCH DOWN FEW MINUTES AGO: Nuno Espírito Santo Reportedly Submits Shock Resignation Letter as West Ham Fans Left Speechless
LONDON — A dramatic claim circulating online has sent shockwaves through the West Ham United fanbase, with reports alleging that head coach Nuno Espírito Santo has reacted in frustration and submitted a resignation letter to the club.
According to the verified claim, the Portuguese coach is said to have delivered a shocking message to the West Ham hierarchy, leaving supporters and members of the club’s organization stunned.
The alleged development comes at a difficult moment for the Hammers. West Ham have started their Championship campaign without a win after suffering a 2–1 defeat to Charlton Athletic, increasing pressure around the team and its manager.
However, there is currently no confirmed report that Nuno has resigned. Recent reporting continues to identify him as West Ham’s head coach, while earlier in the summer the club publicly confirmed its commitment to him and its ambition of returning to the Premier League.
If the resignation claim were to be confirmed, it would represent a major turning point for West Ham, potentially forcing the club’s board to make an immediate decision over the team’s leadership.
For now, supporters are being urged to wait for an official announcement from West Ham United before treating the resignation story as fact.
