According to unconfirmed claims circulating on social media, it is alleged that Alexander has recently become aware of doubts surrounding the biological parentage of his first child, Matt Simmons. The speculation has also drawn in former Panthers figure Royce Simmons and his wife Leanne Simmons, with online rumours suggesting long-standing personal connections between individuals linked to the club.
The situation, which remains entirely unverified, has sparked intense discussion among fans, with many urging caution until any official statement is made. No formal response has been issued by Greg Alexander, Royce Simmons, or the Penrith Panthers organization at this time.
Club insiders have not commented on the allegations, and there is currently no evidence publicly available to substantiate the claims being shared online.
Greg Alexander, widely regarded as one of Penrith’s greatest ever players and a key figure in the club’s history, remains a respected voice in rugby league as a former captain, commentator, and board member.
