In an effort to increase the influence of golf in the nation, new partners are lending assistance to the recently opened Acropolis Gardens and Residences Golf Course in Okija, Anambra State.
According to Nonso Osanakpo, Business Development Manager at Kates Associates Industries Limited, the facility enhances his company’s primary mission of promoting personal care, which is why they needed to collaborate on the project.
He said, “The personal care of the people would be impacted as the number of golfers grows through the establishment and promotion of great facilities like this.” This endeavor advances the goal that our organization has been pursuing for the previous fifty years.
He said, “Although our company has a number of products that can help with this project, we think the Doobai roll-on and perfume align with the planned golf development activities in the state and the nation.”
The support, according to Acropolis’ acting facility manager, Obioma Ogakwu, further verifies that the golf project is worthwhile of all the expenditures.
Thus far, it has been encouraging. Since the golf course in Okija was put into service on April 6th, we have received support from a number of organizations, including the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) of Nigeria, the Nigeria Golf Federation, and other significant players in the nation’s golf sector.
She noted that in addition to Doobai, the project has received assistance from Nestoil and Tecon.
“Nestoil joined as the launch’s primary sponsor, with kind contributions from Doobai and Tecon oil as well. This bodes well for the kind of vision that Anambra and the nation as large are seeking.
She added that golf events are welcome at the Acropolis Gardens and Residence Golf Course, and the first significant event would be revealed as soon as possible. Her team, she continues, is putting a lot of effort into maintaining the concentration and commitment to quality that have brought them thus far’s recognition and assistance.
