It’s a common adage that you have to recruit Florida prospects until they sign, and Ohio State football will be acutely aware of this on Tuesday night.

The Jeremiah Smith back-and-forth during the early signing period was something the Buckeyes experienced, and Jayvan Boggs won’t bring it to the same level. With the 6-foot, 188-pound player withdrawing from Ohio State, the Buckeyes are currently without a commitment at wide receiver for the 2025 class.

Though we’ll never get to see Boggs in a Scarlet and Gray uniform, he was the second verbal that the Buckeyes took. The cause of the recipient’s change of heart is currently unknown.

One may hypothesize that the reason is because Ohio State keeps pursuing receivers with better rankings. Still, it’s a setback for the Buckeyes 2025 class.

The majority of the affluent owners of the NFL dislike being made fun of for lacking proper facilities.

Despite being well-regarded as successful teams, the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs received low marks in the NFLPA poll from the previous year. Owner of the Chiefs Clark Hunt received a failing grade even though his team has won three of the last four Super Bowls.

Theoretically, the purpose of the NFLPA poll is to alert underperforming teams and cast a favorable light on the model teams. It appears to have worked in the Chiefs and Patriots’ case.

Both teams’ owners stated that their facilities have been updated or are currently undergoing renovations.
