The Buffalo Bills could be on the road or at home in the NFL playoff wild card.It all depends on what happens next weekend.
The Bills face the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football. Whoever wins this game wins the AFC East; if the Bills win, it will be their fourth straight division title.
The Dolphins’ playoff spot is assured. They win, they are No. 2 in the AFC. If they lose, they will travel to Kansas City to face the No. 6 seed Chiefs.
Buffalo can be seeded #2, 6, or 7… but they can also miss the playoffs entirely if the planets align perfectly, which isn’t as far-fetched as you might think.

The Bills will secure a playoff spot if they beat the Dolphins, but if they were to lose, they would need to lose to the Pittsburgh Steelers or Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Jaguars will face the Tennessee Titans, who are out of the playoffs and playing for pride.
The Steelers will face the Baltimore Ravens and unfortunately for Bills fans, it looks like the starters will be resting for the Ravens.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh announced that Lamar Jackson will take over and backup quarterback Tyler Huntley will start next Saturday against the Steelers.
That assumes Baltimore will rest the other starters against Pittsburgh as well.Huntley has experience.
He won games for the Ravens and played in two playoff games. The 2020 AFC Divisional Round against the Bills when he entered the game against the Bills.
He also started in the wild card game against the Cincinnati Bengals last year and almost won that game.
However, Bills fans would rather see MVP favorite Lamar Jackson play against the Steelers. Simply put, the Bills need to win on Sunday night.
