The six injuries that most affected the Atlanta Falcons in 2023
Which injuries cost the Atlanta Falcons the most in their unsatisfactory 2023 campaign?

Football unfortunately involves injuries. You are guaranteed some severe injuries when you have adult guys colliding head-on with each other every play. Non-contact injuries are another typical occurrence.

Throughout the season, the Falcons were able to maintain a reasonable level of health. Fortunately, they haven’t suffered nearly as many injuries as we did at the end of the Dan Quinn era. They did, however, sustain one significant injury midway through the season.

However, these are the five ailments that did make for a less than stellar campaign. The Falcons offense has benefited greatly from Chris Lindstrom. As we saw in week 15 in Carolina, he is the kind of player you don’t really appreciate until they are off the field.

Lindstrom got hurt and had to miss a portion of a crucial loss to Tampa Bay. The following week, he did not play as the Falcons managed just seven points against the Panthers, who had only one victory.

Even though the offense wasn’t great the entire season, Chris Lindstrom, an All-Pro right guard, wasn’t there, which made things appear much worse in Carolina.
