Multiple sources state that Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Janarius Robinson was taken into custody early on Tuesday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence on the Las Vegas Strip.
Robinson was detained on the 3700 block of Las Vegas Boulevard shortly before six in the morning. According to KTNV, Robinson was merely added to the active roster for the Raiders’ Week 12 clash against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that the 24-year-old was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence.The Raiders sent a statement to the publication stating, “We are aware of an incident involving Janarius Robinson last night.” “The club is in the process of gathering more information.”
Robinson’s arrest’s specific circumstances were not immediately revealed. At the time of publication, Fox News DigitDuring Super Bowl week, a Raiders rookie was detained in Las Vegas on suspicion of driving under the influence.

He was selected in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings, after graduating from Florida State. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for a short while before getting dismissed in August. He was unable to play for either team due to injuries.
Robinson signed with the Raiders practice squad days later. He played in his first NFL game after being activated in late November against the Chiefs. He participated in all three snaps of the game and recorded one tackle.
