After a strong Championship season, Rowe, a standout for Norwich, is reportedly high on Moyes’ want list.

At Carrow Road, where he is considered one of their best academy aces in recent years, the 20-year-old has had a breakout season.

The teenage player has scored 12 goals in 27 league games, and defenders find it impossible to contain his deadly burst of pace and deft cunning.

More inventiveness and goals from his forward line, which has relied on Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus this season, are exactly what Moyes is yearning for.

However, the Hammers will need to let go of players, and Said Benrahma is one who might be leaving.

The Algerian international, who has lost favour in east London, is reportedly attracting interest from Everton, according to talkSPORT.

Benrahma’s departure would free up cash and a roster place for Rowe, who would also be considered homegrown.

After 13 games this season, the 28-year-old has failed to score in the Premier League and has found it difficult to have an impression.

To strengthen their own assault, Everton is eager to work out a deal with West Ham for the former Brentford star.

Similar to Moyes, Sean Dyche has struggled with his front line, making goals a major issue.

With just six goals in all competitions, Everton’s best scorer is Abdoulaye Doucoure.

Beto, Dwight McNeil, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin have a total of nine goals throughout all competitions.

West Ham is now five points behind Tottenham in fifth place in the Premier League and is vying for a berth in Europe.

After losing ten points, Everton is struggling in the standings and is only one point above the relegation zone.
