The Los Angeles Clippers are back in perfect shape after enduring a difficult November. They are now ranked fourth in the Western Conference, and they will play the second-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder in their next game. When the two teams last faced off, the Clippers were playing back-to-back games and without Kawhi Leonard. The story is told differently this time, though. The Thunder will be rejuvenated by their recent game loss to the Los Angeles Lakers going into the rematch.

There is more drama to the game as their matchup gains momentum and has a strong chance of developing into a playoff series soon. But the Clippers will be missing a key player for the game, and that loss could have an instant effect on the team’s rotation.

Ivica Zubac’s right calf strain will keep him out of the Clippers starting lineup for the second straight game. To make matters worse, he will miss four weeks of action because of the strained calf. It’s important to remember that Zubac can only appear in court again if he passes a medical evaluation following his allotted time of recuperation.

The Clippers have suffered a significant loss with Ivica Zubac out of the picture. He not only provides timely floaters in PnR, but his presence anchors the team’s defence as a whole. Zubac is averaging 13.2 points while shooting 73% from the field in the last ten games. In addition, he averages 11.8 rebounds and 1.3 blocks.

In a recent episode of Paul George’s podcast, Zubac took centre stage. He became quite emotional after LAC signed free agent Kawhi Leonard and acquired Paul George in 2019. He also expressed his concerns regarding the possible effects these actions may have on his contract.

Because there was no press coverage of his contract on social media, Zubac was taken by surprise. They did, however, contain a lot of information about PD and Kawhi. Zubac was considering whether his contract was void as a result. In addition, he believed that Paul George was the reason for his transfer to Oklahoma City. Zubac didn’t get his bearings until his agent stepped in and gave him comfort.
