former Tennessee Titans coach Mike Vrabel, current Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn and Jim Harbaugh of the University of Michigan.
Albert Breer, senior NFL reporter for The MMQB, joined Seattle Sports’ Brock and Salk on Tuesday and had a lot to say about many of the candidates to become the Seahawks’ next head coach, including in-depth insights into Vrabel, Quinn and Harbaugh.

But even though his time in Dallas was enjoyed, the Cowboys defense was torched by Green Bay in a playoff loss on Sunday, which can’t be good for Quinn’s actions.
Given his connection to the team’s departing coach, Pete Carroll, it’s easy to assume that Quinn is a safe, if not boring, choice for the Seahawks.
Breer mentioned that Quinn’s name had been known to the Hawks for some time, as some wondered if he could replace the retiring Carroll, but the conversation has changed since Carroll was fired as coach -chief.Breer weighed the pros and cons of Quinn for Seattle.
