Tour de France winner Tadej Pogacar has been spotted enjoying an ‘easy coffee ride’ with his girlfriend just days after pulling out of the Paris Olympics due to her omission from the Games. 
The Slovenian Olympic Committee on Monday said that Pogacar had pulled out of the Games because of ‘extreme fatigue’.
The announcement was made less than 24 hours after he won his third Tour title in Nice, and ahead of the road race he was due to take part in on August 3.
However, he took part in a criterium race on Tuesday evening, before which, telling media that the decision not to select his fiancee Urska Zigart was part of the reason why he decided to pull out.
On Saturday, Pogacar was spotted out with his fiancee Zigart alongside Irish cyclists Sam Bennett and Eddie Dunbar all smiles as they sat outside of a cafe in Villefranche, South of France to enjoy cans of Coke and some dessert.
