Right now, before anything official begins to happen, the NFL offseason is in full swing, and a wide range of speculations are circulating. Rich Eisen is resurrecting the suggestion that Trey cowboys.webpance should join the Vikings, which is one of the most recent ones regarding the team’s unsettled quarterback situation.
“I heard this rumor (at the combine), that a possible solve at quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings is a native of the state, and his name is Trey Lance,” Eisen stated.
Once more, here we go. Because of his hometown of Marshall, Minnesota, Lance is well-connected to the Vikings, and there was a lot of talk about them during the previous offseason. In the end, he was traded in August for a fourth-round pick by the 49ers to the Cowboys. After Dak Prescott and Cooper Rush throughout the season, Lance was Dallas’ third-string quarterback. However, his $4.25 million roster bonus was recently extended to 2024.
