Wiggins’ performance has plummeted dramatically over the last two years. Before the All-Star Game, he had gone from a key player to one of the league’s most ineffective. Wiggins’ field goal percentage (46.5%) ranks 140th among the 141 players who have played enough minutes to be counted on Basketball-Reference’s leaderboard. While he once demonstrated defensive aptitude by stopping Luka Doncic in the playoffs, this is practically impossible now. His playmaking skills has decreased, particularly in off-ball defence.

with a negative score of -64, emphasising the disparity between Wiggins’ bad contribution and the rest of the team’s players. Steve Kerr realises it’s time for a change. He had already pulled Wiggins from the starting lineup in mid-December, but he gave him another shot on January 7. However, the Warriors lost 133-118. The squad can no longer count on Wiggins to turn things around in games. It is critical to at least temporarily remove him from the rotation.

It’s time for Kuminga to get additional opportunities. Kerr’s decisions regarding Kuminga’s time on court generated severe concerns about his confidence. This situation became so serious that the team’s owner, Joe Lacob, went to a press conference to try to understand why a player’s playing time was limited. Kuminga has the potential to be one of the Warriors’ top guards, but his inconsistent shooting and dubious ball handling suggest he should play in a specific lineup where his flaws will be less obvious.

This season, the Warriors have allowed up to 150 points in minutes with Wiggins. Kevon Looney is second with a negative score of -64, underlining the difference between Wiggins’ poor performance and the rest of the team’s players. Steve Kerr realises it is time for a change. He had already removed Wiggins from the starting lineup in mid-December, but he gave him another chance on January 7. However, the Warriors fell 133-118. The team can no longer rely on Wiggins to turn things around during games. It is vital to remove him from the rotation, even if just momentarily.

Moses Moody should also be given more opportunities on the court. His scant participation in Warriors games raises doubts, and it’s unclear why that’s occurring. Since Christmas, he has played fewer than six minutes in five of the team’s previous seven games, with three squandered opportunities. There are rumours that he is dissatisfied with the way he is being used under Kerr. The situation became so tense that the audience applauded him when he finally took the court at the end of one game against the Detroit Pistons.

With Chris Paul’s left hand hurt, Moody should see more action on the court. On Sunday, he scored 21 points in 22 minutes on the court. Moody has shown to be one of the Warriors’ most effective shooters, with a respectable 3-point percentage (34.7%) and total shooting efficiency (48.5%). He is also a versatile defender who can handle both offensive and defensive responsibilities. He just needs to have more playing time.
