Predictions for Thursday Night Football: New York Jets vs. Cleveland Browns: Who wins?
Ohio’s Cleveland — The Browns (10-5) meet the Jets (6-9) on Thursday night in an attempt to secure a postseason berth at home. New York is already out of the running for the playoffs.
Joe Flacco, the former quarterback for the Jets, will take on his former squad in his new home and attempt to maintain the Browns’ explosive passing attack. Even with a strong defence, the Jets, who have returned to starting quarterback Trevor Siemian, will find it difficult to stay up with the Browns.

There’s plenty going on to suggest that things might become intriguing enough for the Jets, but this club is now too focused to allow this chance pass them by.
Ashley Bastock (8-5-2; 9-6): Jets 12, Browns 24
Joe Flacco is guiding the Browns, who have been excellent at home. I believe they seize the opportunity to win at Cleveland Browns Stadium during prime time.
Irie Harris (8-5-2; 9-6): Jets 12, Browns 28
Though it matches the current trend, it seems strange to expect this many points from Cleveland’s offence. As always, the defence will contribute as well.

Joe Flacco has never encountered a better defence in Cleveland than the one in New York, but Trevor Siemian is arguably the weakest quarterback facing the Browns this season.
