The Detroit Red Wings’ Alex DeBrincat will play in the All-Star Game
The 2024 NHL All-Star Game will take place on February 3rd at Scotiabank Arena, home of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Eastern Conference will be represented by Captain Auston Matthews. In addition, Detroit Red Wings player Alex DeBrincat was selected for the Eastern Conference team.
In his 39 games as a member of the Red Wings this season, DeBrincat has contributed 21 assists and 17 goals, making him a welcome addition to the squad.

On December 7th, Patrick Kane was also signed by the Red Wings to a two-year contract.
Though he is probably past the age in his career to be a member of an all-star team, Kane has performed admirably for the Red Wings thus far.
He is 35 years old. The problem facing the Red Wings is that since adding Kane, their defensive system appears to have collapsed.
